1. After unloading at the construction site, immediately clean the feed hopper, discharge hopper and discharge chute with hoses connected to the mixer truck to remove sludge and concrete attached to the main body. On the way back to the mixing plant, 150-200l of water shall be poured into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue on the walls and blades.

2.每天工作后，驾驶员需要将清水倒入搅拌桶中，以高速（14-18rpm）旋转5-10分钟，然后排干水以确保滚筒清洁。用高压水清洁搅拌桶的所有零件时，请小心避免接触仪表和操纵杆等零件。压力水喷嘴与主体喷漆表面之间的距离必须为40cm以上。

2. After working every day, the driver needs to pour clean water into the mixing drum, rotate at high speed (14-18rpm) for 5-10 minutes, and then drain the water to ensure that the drum is clean. When cleaning all parts of the mixing drum with high-pressure water, please be careful to avoid touching the instrument, control lever and other parts. The distance between the pressure water nozzle and the painted surface of the main body must be more than 40cm.

3.清洁搅拌桶内外的污垢和残留的混凝土炉渣时，以及技工进入搅拌桶并进行自动加料搅拌时，以及自动加料搅拌机运行时，小汽车时，请注意以下事项：关闭引擎。完全停止搅拌桶。当技工在钢瓶中工作时，请确保混合钢瓶通风良好，空气新鲜，没有气体或有害粉尘，并且氧气供应充足。在桶中使用电动工具时，操作员必须具有良好的绝缘保护。

3. Please pay attention to the following items when cleaning the dirt and residual concrete slag inside and outside the mixing drum, when the mechanic enters the mixing drum and carries out automatic feeding and mixing, when the automatic feeding mixer is running and when driving a car: first turn off the engine. Stop the mixing drum completely. When the mechanic works in the cylinder, please ensure that the mixed cylinder is well ventilated, the air is fresh, there is no gas or harmful dust, and the oxygen supply is sufficient. When using electric tools in barrels, the operator must have good insulation protection.

4.工作时请勿触摸旋转的搅拌桶。为防止事故发生，请勿触摸主卸料斜槽和加长卸料斜槽之间的连接。

4. Do not touch the rotating mixing drum during operation. To prevent accidents, do not touch the connection between the main discharge chute and the extended discharge chute.
