注意事项：

1、各传动齿轮、减速箱、链条等是否按规定加足润滑油；

2、搅拌筒运转平稳，衬板、叶片、没有松动现象

3、传动部分声音是否正常，减速箱、轴承是否有发热或漏油现象；

5、钢丝绳有无较大磨损，连接是否牢固；

日常维护工作：

Daily maintenance:

按照规定在每一次主机启动时给搅拌机轴端密封定时加油，以保证油封结构长期正常运转；

Oil the shaft end seal of the mixer regularly at each start of the main engine as required to ensure the normal operation of the oil seal structure for a long time;

检查其他的加油点如各转动、转动轮和轨道等是否需要加油。

Check whether other refueling points such as rotating wheels, rotating wheels and rails need refueling.

检查易损部件，如衬板、叶片、搅拌臂等，及时调整或更换。

Check vulnerable parts, such as lining plate, blade, mixing arm, etc., and adjust or replace them in time.

保养机体的清洁，机体上的污物和障碍物。

搅拌一体车运转过程中，应随时检听电动机，减速器，传动齿轮的噪声是否正常，温升是否过高。
