一、首要应当维护保养自动上料搅拌罐储罐,每一次运完混凝土后及进清洁罐,要了解混凝土是非常容易和钢材粘接在一块的。

二、放料的均匀性问题是自动上料搅拌罐的一个关键指标值之一,它直接干扰着施工质量。在运送混凝土时,搅匀筒转速比应控制在2~5r/min,在运送间距较长也许混凝土的塌落度比较大时,放料前要先将搅匀筒迅速移动5~10圈,使里面的混凝土能充分搅匀,那样放料的均匀性便会进一步提高。

若中途混凝缺水,到工地应兑水调节,并充分搅匀,尽管这类环境应只要制止,可是那样会使混凝土的品质无法得到保证。有的客户在运用时不注意控制在运送过程中的转速比,过快会增.大燃油的损耗,过小则会导致混凝土离析。因而应严苛根据要求来控制搅匀筒的转速比,以提升混凝土运送品质。

三、凝土较大限定不可以高出储罐的较大方量,是因为混凝土强度等级区别它的密度也区别,高强度混凝土一般密度也大,一样的容积,装多了对车不好。输送混凝土的容积、品质及坍落度应契合车辆运用使用说明书中的要求,实时加注润滑油。

3、 Due to the difference of concrete strength grade and its density, high-strength concrete generally has a large density and the same volume. It is not good for the car to load too much. 四、露天停放过的自动上料搅拌罐,装料前要先将搅匀筒以放料偏向旋转,把水泥罐内的积水放掉,确保运送混凝土的品质。
