1.在自动搅拌车生产过程中如出现中间过度仓不往搅拌机内卸料，就应该检查粉灰秤、水泥秤、外加剂秤、水秤是否已经称量到位，中间过度仓的限位开关是否检测到位，搅拌站搅拌主机卸料门是否关门到位。

1. 4.搅拌站中间过度仓打开后再关上的时候无法检测到关门信号，应该先用搅拌站手动开关门开关试，如果还不行就应该检查限位开关以及线路时好时坏、是否异味松脱、门板上是否有集料粘在上面，或开门机构的调节螺栓是否松动，没有调节到位。

4. If the door closing signal cannot be detected when the intermediate transition bin of the mixing plant is opened and then closed, the manual door opening and closing switch of the mixing plant should be used first. If not, check the limit switch and whether the line is good or bad, whether the peculiar smell is loose, whether there is aggregate stuck on the door plate, or whether the adjusting bolt of the door opening mechanism is loose and not adjusted in place.
