自动搅拌车
当油门小,转速低的时候,涡轮增压器基本上是不起作用的。这里要解释一个名词就是“涡轮介入转速”就是指多少转速涡轮增压器才能开始帮助发动机出力。在此转速之前发动机基本上是相当于自然吸气的,额定功率相同的发动机排量越大则涡轮增压器介入之前或刚刚介入时进气量会越多,发动机对于增压器的依赖性就越小,就可以匹配增压小的涡轮增压器,相应的小涡轮增压器能够更好的改善涡轮增压器低速加速性能。

额定功率大而排量小一些的发动机则低速瞬时加速性能肯定会差一些,这时对于增压器与发动机之间的匹配就有很大的挑战性。要保证发动机额定功率足够大就须用大涡轮增压器,而大涡轮增压器低速加速性能又不好,为了平衡二者的关系,所以就把涡轮介入转速提前,介入转速提前,相应的涡轮旁通泄压阀打开也会提前,以便更好的保护增压器不会超转速。

但是不管采用什么样的办法,也只能部分改善它的低速性能,这一类发动机低速加速性能和低速油耗会比较差,额定功率输出的经济性也还是差一些。因为在低速加速阶段发动机充气系数是不足的,为了尽快提高发动机和涡轮增压器转速须尽量多给油,这就是涡轮增压发动机低速加速油耗大的原因。
