There are a lot of drivers who drive the automatic feeding mixer. They will check the vehicle before driving. This is a very good habit. We should do three inspections before driving. Which are the three?
(1) Inspection parts during engine preheating: check whether the oil pump has abnormal sound; check whether the hydraulic motor has abnormal sound; check whether the reducer has abnormal sound; check whether the water pump rotates normally; check whether the feeding rotation of the mixing drum is normal and whether the normal working rotation can be carried out.
(2) Check whether the lock catch of auxiliary discharge chute, lock handle of discharge chute and anti rotation handle are locked.
(3) Check before engine preheating: check the storage of hydraulic oil. (check the oil level memory); check whether the lubricating oil of the reducer leaks; check whether the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system leaks and whether there is leakage at the joints; check whether the control handle of the control device is at the stop position; check that the connecting fasteners are not loose.
Automatic feeding mixer
The automatic feeding mixer has three hydraulic parts: variable pump, motor and reducer. Each of these three parts is very important. Today, let's take a look at the maintenance of the reducer.
1、 It is recommended to drain the oil at the oil temperature of about 60 ℃; after each oil change, check the fastening condition of the connecting bolts; after the inspection, re tighten all the bolts connected with the gearbox with a torque wrench; check the oil level once a month. Note: the oil in the pump and motor matched with split reducer is 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
2、 The engine speed is not allowed to be too high, and the speed should be increased slowly from slow to fast. The speed of mixing drum should not exceed 18r / min 2 minutes before starting. The speed of reducer with water pump power take-off should not exceed 15R / min for the first time, because too high engine speed will damage the gearbox.
3、 According to different service life, the following routine maintenance should be done for the reducer:
油品： P3301、P4300等分体减速机使用的齿轮油型号为：SAE 80W-90/SAE85W-90;API GL-5级;
Oil: the gear oil used in p3301, p4300 and other split reducers is SAE 80w-90 / sae85w-90; API GL-5 grade;
Automatic feeding mixer
Oil change of variable displacement pump and motor: the first oil change time is 500 working hours after the new vehicle is used for the first time, and the original special oil filter is replaced at the same time; the second oil change time is to replace the special oil filter at the same time after the vehicle works for 2000 working hours again; After 2000 working hours or a year, the oil must be changed and the special oil filter must be replaced no matter how many hours have been worked. When changing the oil, the system pipeline should not be opened, only the oil in the oil tank should be drained. At the same time, the oil drain port of the pump and motor shell can be opened to drain the oil, and then the new oil is poured into the oil tank. Pay attention to emptying the air in the system when refueling; It is forbidden to mix different brands of oil.
