During the operation of pumping and reverse pump while checking along the pipeline, small hammer can be used to knock the part which is considered to be blocked. Sometimes, the blocked aggregate can be disintegrated and unblocked again. If the knocking is ineffective, it is not allowed to use hammer or other objects that may damage the pipeline.
If the blocking position is judged accurately, and the blockage is not far from the end of the pipe discharge, as long as the blocked pipe fittings are removed, the blocked concrete is removed, and then the pumping can be continued.
The plugging position is easy to judge when the pipeline is disassembled; as long as the pumping operation is carried out and there is concrete flowing out from the disassembled pipe orifice, it indicates that there is no blockage between the disassembled part and the rod concrete delivery pump, and the inspection shall be continued until the blocked part is found. If the plugging part is far away from the end of the pipe, the blocked section will be installed back to the pipeline after being cleaned up. Due to the air plug effect of this empty pipe, it will also cause re blockage. In this case, the pipe concrete after the blocking section should be blown out with compressed air and then connected to pump. If the plugging position can not be quickly determined or it is difficult to dismantle, the concrete should be blown out by air washing. In case of pipe plugging, it is often necessary to blow the concrete in sections.
