1. Power take-off device
The full-automatic feeding and mixing vehicle adopts the main vehicle engine power take-off mode. The function of the power take-off device is to take out the engine power by operating the power take-off switch, and drive the mixing drum through the hydraulic system. During feeding and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward to facilitate the feeding and mixing of concrete. 2. Hydraulic system
The engine power taken out by the power take-off (usually the rear full-function power take-off) is converted into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then the mechanical output (speed and torque) is output by the motor to provide rotating power to the mixing drum.
After the output speed of the motor in the hydraulic system slows down, it is transferred to the mixing drum which supplies the mixer from itself.
4. Operation mechanism

5. Mixing device
It is mainly composed of mixing drum and its auxiliary supporting parts. The fully automatic loading and mixing truck is a concrete loading container. It is made of high quality wear-resistant steel plate. In order to load and unload concrete automatically, the inner wall is welded with special-shaped spiral blades. As the concrete rotates, the concrete moves in the spiral direction of the blade and mixes and mixes during constant lifting and rotation. 6. Cleaning system
The main function of the cleaning system is to clean the mixing drum, sometimes drying materials during transportation. The cleaning system also cools the hydraulic system.
7. Closure device
The rotary sealing technology is used to seal the inlet and outlet of the mixer, which solves the problems of water evaporation, mortar stratification, material overflow, driving safety and so on.
