1. Check whether the hydraulic pump of concrete mixer can output hydraulic oil. If it is abnormal, it may be that a valve in the pressure oil circuit is stuck by dirt or other reasons and is in the oil return position, resulting in a short circuit between the pressure oil circuit and the overflow pipeline, or the pipe joint is loose, or some valves in the pressure oil circuit leak seriously, or the seal of the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic Mada is damaged, resulting in serious leakage. The elimination method is to dismantle the relevant valves for cleaning, check the sealing clearance and the size of various sealing devices, and replace the sealing device in case of damage.
3. If the output flow of hydraulic pump of cement concrete mixer truck decreases significantly with the increase of pressure, and the pressure does not reach the specified value, it is due to the increase of clearance after the hydraulic pump is worn. The elimination method is to measure the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump to determine whether the pump can continue to be used. Worn parts should be repaired or replaced.
4. The hydraulic system of concrete mixer can establish normal pressure, while some pipes or hydraulic cylinders (or hydraulic motors) have no pressure, which may be caused by blockage of pipes, small holes or throttle valves, directional valves and other parts. At this time, the pressure and oil should be checked step by step to find out the cause and eliminate it.
