一.行走无力或油温过高
1、 Weak walking or high oil temperature
自动上料搅拌车行走无力或油温过高时,就需要判别是离合器活塞密封不严仍是油压缺乏引起的,但惯例检测手段有时很难断定是哪个原因引起毛病,尤其是在无动力的情况下,检查组装

自上料搅拌车
1.将自动上料搅拌车变速器控制阀拆掉(对组装好的变速器应在装控制阀之前);

2.顺次给变速器各油孔通人0.6一0.8MPa的气体,若某一个孔通人气体时,听到"嘭"的一声且无漏气声或漏气声很小进口计量泵,则阐明与之对应的离合器活塞与缸筒间的密封杰出;

二.自动上料拌和机抱轴

1.可能是拌和主机进水管与冲水方位原因。冲水点方位和冲刷方向不正确的话,也或者是冲水压力过低,导致水在进入主机内部后,不能将暂时粘结在轴上的混凝土冲刷掉,则时刻久了就简单构成抱轴。

2.可能是质料投料方位问题。拌和混凝土所用的物料主要是砂石骨料、水泥、粉煤灰、水和外加剂等。质料水泥若包裹砂石遇水结块,假如拌和不充沛就简单粘在拌和轴上,若水泥进料口方位方向不合理,使拌和轴不能快速充沛拌和,就简单构成抱轴现象。

3.在结束作业之后没有及时对拌和机内部进行清洗,或清洗不干净,导致拌和轴外表仍有残留的混凝土,枯燥后凝固在拌和轴上,假如长期如此则十分简单发生抱轴现象。

三.自动上料拌和机闷机跳闸原因分析
3、 Cause analysis of stuffy machine trip of automatic feeding mixer
1.投料过多,引起拌和机负荷过大。
1. Excessive feeding causes excessive load of mixer.
2.三角传动皮带太松,使传动体系功率低。

3.拌和主机上盖安 全检修开关被振松,引起停机。

4.拌和体系叶片与衬板之间的空隙过大,拌和过程中,加大了阻力。
