The reason why people don't know about tank cars is not that the tank body of small-scale mixing plant is not rotating fast, but that this slow-moving mixing car is only one of small-scale mixing cars. Its key part is that the hydraulic pump is different from the hydraulic motor. This uniform speed hydraulic pump of small-scale mixing car is called quantitative gear pump, and its working speed is not very fast, Even the oil filling valve can't be improved much. At the same time, the oil filling valve can't be too fast for a long time to prevent burning out the gear oil pump.
In addition, there is a plunger variable displacement pump. The obvious place of this mixer pump is that the mixing tank can rotate at a uniform speed during unloading. Plunger variable displacement pump and quantitative gear pump are also different in shape. The shape of plunger variable displacement pump is larger and the structure is more complex.
When loading the mixing tank truck, pay attention not to fill the powder tank, and reserve some space to expand the capacity of powder particles; It shall also avoid mixing sundries into the tank to block the discharge pipe and affect the discharge speed and residual rate.
If the air compressor has abnormal sound during unloading operation from the loading mixing tank truck, step on the clutch pedal, turn off the engine and turn off the solenoid valve switch of the power take-off until the fault is eliminated; Special attention shall also be paid to the change of pressure gauge. Operators shall not leave the site to avoid excessive pressure. Keep the tank dry during daily use to avoid powder caking; During vehicle maintenance, parts shall be prevented from falling and knocking, so as to prevent parts from damage, deformation, bump, scratch, etc. parts must be cleaned during reassembly. When the air compressor is working, avoid standing on the air compressor side. When accelerating, the fuel door should not be too fierce and the force should be uniform. The distance between the suction port and the bottom can be adjusted, generally 30 ~ 50mm. Remember not to exhaust with an external air source.
