自上料搅拌车的发动机除了定期更换保养件外,还需要定期进行外部关键部位的检查,因为设备长期负荷作业,难免出现小问题,这时候车主如果没定期检查,就有可能因小失大,导致一些故障及意外发生,今天就给车主朋友们讲讲一些注意检查事项。

Today, I'd like to talk about some matters needing attention to the owners.
一、冷却液液位的检查
1、 Check of coolant level
检查从水箱液面观察孔观察冷却液液面不低于二分之一为合格。
If the coolant level is no less than half of the water tank level observation hole, it is qualified.
注意:冷却液不足时,将会使发动机水温过高,从而导致发动机机件的损坏。
Attention: when the coolant is insufficient, the water temperature of the engine will be too high, which will cause damage to the engine parts.


二、冷却风扇
2、 Cooling fan
检查有无裂纹、铆钉松动、叶片弯曲现象。检查风扇并确保其安装牢固。
Check for cracks, loose rivets and bent blades. Check the fan and make sure it is firmly installed.
三、驱动皮带
3、 Drive belt
检查皮带是否破损、张紧力度,是否有交叉裂痕。
Check the belt for damage, tension and cross cracks.
注意:横向(宽度方向)裂纹可以接受。与横向裂纹交叉的纵向(皮带长度方向)裂纹是不能接受的。
Note: transverse (width direction) cracks are acceptable. Longitudinal (belt length direction) cracks crossing transverse cracks are not acceptable.
四、曲轴箱呼吸器管
4、 Crankcase respirator tube
检查呼吸器管路中有无泥污、碎屑或结冰。前后油封、增压器漏油风险。
Check for dirt, debris, or ice in the respirator lines. Oil leakage risk of front and rear oil seals and superchargers.
五、发动机各管路、线束、紧固螺栓
5、 All pipelines, wiring harness and fastening bolts of engine
检查有无老化、变形、磨损、泄漏、打折,管箍及固定支架有无松动等现象。
Check whether there is aging, deformation, wear, leakage, discount, and whether the pipe hoop and fixed bracket are loose.
特别提示:系统泄漏、管线问题会造成发动机功率不足,浪费燃料、污染环境,更有可能造成问题。
Special tips: system leakage and pipeline problems will cause insufficient engine power, waste fuel, pollute the environment, and more likely to cause safety problems.
